‍Steve Lyons and Matthew Farrar  (Podiatrists at UK Podiatry) are competing in the famous Four Villages Half Marathon on 23rd January 2011.

This is the 30th anniversary of the race.  The race goes through the Cheshire villages of Mouldsworth, Manley, Dunham-On-The-Hill and Helsby.
